Paulus P Situmorang has over 30 years of work experience.

He begins his career in 1991 as a Restaurant Captain at Hotel Holiday Inn Tuban Bali. In early 2000, Paulus moved to Jakarta and became as Restaurant & Bar Manager in Hotel Park Plaza Jakarta (now Twin Tower Hotel). He continued his career and became a Commissary Business Manager at Chowking Food Corp. Philippines (Indonesia Office). To be highlighted more,

He joined PT MAP Group, Tbk. from 2007 to 2013 as Operations Manager in Chatterbox Cafe and also Brand Operations Manager in Pizza Marzano.

He had once moved back to Bali and worked for Tjendana Corporation Bali as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage in 2015.

Then in 2016, he had been trusted to join in MPHG (Milestone Pacific Hotel) Jakarta as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage.

Starting to assist the entrepreneur of Fleudelys Group, Paulus became Director of Operations and by his idea and innovation, he succeeded to bring the company into profitable achievement.

GOPIZZA Indonesia, which a subsidiary company of GOPIZZA Korea had appointed him to be General Manager for Indonesia region, to lead the team for brand landing introducing a Korean style pizza for Indonesia market.

Paulus P Situmorang earned a Diploma 3 in Food & Beverage Management from Balai Pendidikan & Latihan Pariwisata (now Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata) Bandung, used to be NHI between 1988 and 1991.
